Job summary

Kinetic is seeking an Account Executive to convert awareness of ADAS maintenance and calibrations into service revenue. You will partner with car dealerships, collision centers, and fleet operators to ensure accurate calibration, fast turnaround, and predictable costs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of quota-driven sales experience in tech or automotive sectors, strong regional networks in Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston, and the ability to translate technical benefits into ROI‑driven business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quota‑carrying sales or account management experience in software, hardware, or services.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in hunter-style roles.
• Strong familiarity with Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston markets.
• Ability to discuss technology features and benefits in the automotive service lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ROI-focused messaging.

Responsibilities

• Expand markets and close new business in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston areas to meet quarterly quotas.
• Develop a network and position Kinetic as the premier ADAS calibration partner.
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and present materials highlighting speed, reliability, and cost savings.
• Manage full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract signing and handoff to customer success.
• Represent Kinetic at local industry events and trade shows to build a consistent lead funnel.
