Job summary

Kinetic Automation is hiring a Senior Calibration Technician in Plano, TX to lead a team of ADAS technicians and deliver precise calibrations for customers. You will drive quality, training, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, aligning with company standards and safety protocols.

Your role focuses on advanced calibration techniques, collaboration with clients, and ongoing improvement of methods and tooling to support ADAS and EV service offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ADAS calibration with complex automotive diagnostics.
• Proficient with ADAS calibration tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check; proven leadership potential.
• Experience with multiple OE diagnostic tools and auto body collision repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily calibration team quality and output.
• Ensure OEM service procedures followed accurately.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage resources to maximize calibration volume and reduce costs.
• Communicate clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Provide coaching and career development for ADAS technicians.
• Maintain records and ensure safety compliance.
