Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Mobile Automotive Calibration and Diagnostic Technician to manage day-to-day service operations and build strong customer relationships.

You will perform precise ADAS calibrations for foreign, domestic, and EV vehicles using OEM libraries and specialized equipment. This full-time role requires advanced diagnostic ability, solid electrical knowledge, and the ability to explain calibration plans to collision centers, insurers, and customers.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: At least 2-3 years automotive repair experience.
• ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of collision repair processes and terminology.
• Understanding of technology & basic software programs.
• Travel will be required for training.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate ADAS calibrations following collisions repairs and windshield replacements.
• Diagnose complex electrical issues and repair wiring harnesses when needed.
• Use OEM service libraries, diagnostic tools, and calibration equipment to ensure systems operate correctly.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to verify calibrations and functionality.
• Explain ADAS calibration specifications and repair planning needs to collision centers, insurers, and customers.
