Job summary

Move United is seeking a Reservation Services Coordinator to manage adaptive ski and snowboard lesson requests at Aspen Snowmass. You will be the primary contact for participants and families, coordinating with staff, volunteers, instructors and partners.

This full-time/seasonal role runs October through April, requires weekend and holiday availability, 27/hour, and a focus on outstanding customer service, accurate reservations, and program compliance with Challenge Aspen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as the primary pre-arrival contact.
• Respond within 24 hours by phone or email.
• Input reservations accurately using CRM and reservations platforms.
• Coordinate reservations and staff/volunteer pairings for quality experiences.
• Assist in scholarship program tracking.
• Coordinate lift tickets, equipment rentals, and payments.
• Collect and organize required participant forms.
• Confirm lessons with participants, instructors and staff.
• Assist in volunteer scheduling.
• Maintain accurate adaptive instructor schedules.
• Understand disabilities for equipment and instructor needs.
• Attend meetings and foster staff relationships.
• Familiar with Challenge Aspen and Aspen Skiing Company procedures.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Contribute to system and policy improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
