Challenge Aspen is seeking an Apprentice Pro for the 2026/27 season in Snowmass Village. The role focuses on assisting adaptive snow sports instructors, supporting individual lessons, and helping run group programs on snow and in logistics.

Pay: $115/full day, $57.50/half day + subsidized housing opportunities
Job purpose: The Apprentice Pro (AP) will assist in the preparation and facilitation of adaptive snow sports programs for individuals with disabilities. APs will spend most of their time on snow, supporting individual lessons and group programs, while also contributing to program logistics, support, and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone interested in gaining experience in the adaptive snow sports and inclusive recreation tourism industries. The Apprentice Pro will receive training both on-snow and indoors, covering topics such as disability awareness, adaptive skiing and snowboarding techniques, and the use of specialized equipment. The role also offers hands‑on opportunities to develop skills in group leadership, logistical coordination, and adaptive program development.
