Job summary

Ability360 is seeking a full-time Program Manager to plan and run the year-round 360Outdoors program for its Sports & Fitness Center members. The role oversees program delivery, staff coordination, and partnerships with outfitters and community partners.

You will manage calendars, safety policies, transportation, and grant opportunities while engaging volunteers and contract staff to deliver diverse outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Adaptive Physical Education, Exercise Science or related field.
• Three years of professional experience working with people with disabilities in the fitness field.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement year-round 360Outdoors programs for Ability360 members.
• Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers and ensure safety and programming needs are met.
• Maintain risk management policies and the 360Outdoor calendar.
