Job summary

Crystal Springs, Inc. is seeking an Adaptive Design Technician to clean and maintain workshop equipment, and to fabricate adaptive equipment as designed by the Director.

You will perform regular maintenance checks and travel to residences, classrooms, and Day Hab groups to service supportive devices. You will report on device conditions and recommendations to the Director, share maintenance guidance with staff, and track supplies and tooling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical skills and experience with woodworking tools.
• Experience with metal and plastics is preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all equipment and tools in the workshop.
• Create adaptive equipment as designed by the Director.
• Provide regular maintenance checks for all devices during visits to residences, classrooms, and Day Hab groups.
• Report device conditions and recommendations to the Adaptive Design Director.
