Job summary

Heritage Christian Services in New York is looking for a dedicated individual to assist the therapy team by maintaining and repairing adaptive equipment used for mobility. Qualifications

• High School diploma or high school equivalency required.
• Prior experience/familiarity with repair of adaptive equipment required.
• A valid NYS driver’s license that is in compliance with Agency standards required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive work environment collaborating with teams.
• Assess and repair adaptive equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and equipment.
• Assist in bed safety monitoring following agency policy.

Skills

Physical ability to kneel, bend, and lift up to 50lbs

Proficiency in the safe use of common tools

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong time management skills

Education

High School diploma or high school equivalency
