Qualifications

• GED diploma and two years of progressive related experience in carpentry and/or upholstery.
• Basic carpentry and upholstery skills are required for fabricating and modifying adaptive devices.
• Experience working with intellectually and developmentally delayed people is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, fabricate and modify adaptive equipment and devices (helmets, wheelchairs, seating, etc.).
• Repair and deliver items as needed and requested by staff.
• Inspect and manage inventory of adaptive equipment and related supplies.
