Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Workplace Accommodation Case Manager to oversee ADA accommodations, leave of absence, and FMLA matters for associates. You will evaluate at-work accommodations, assist with job placement, and provide expert consultation to internal teams.

Day shift, 40 hours per week, in a health system that values compliance, employee support, and inclusive workplace practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of experience managing ADA accommodations and interactive process.
• Strong communication, knowledge of medical terminology, and ADA/FMLA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess needs of associates requesting accommodations and manage the interactive process.
• Provide job placement assistance for associates with disabilities who cannot perform their own positions due to restrictions.
• Provide documentation and testimony for ADA/FMLA-related legal matters when requested.
