Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking an ADA Leave and Accommodation Management Specialist to support roughly 50,000 employees across multiple states. You will own the interactive process, coordinate accommodations, and ensure regulatory compliance under ADA, PWFA, and FMLA.

The role partners with HR and operations to standardize processes, train leaders, and improve the employee experience, while maintaining accurate, confidential records and ensuring timely, defensible decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ADA accommodations or leave case management experience.
• Experience documenting the interactive process and evaluating functional limitations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred CLMS or CPDM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end administration of workplace accommodation requests, including intake and resolution.
• Coordinate accommodations with employees, managers, HR, providers, and leaders for compliance.
• Manage cases that intersect with FMLA, state leaves, disability, and return-to-work planning.
• Maintain confidential case records and monitor progress for timely decisions.
