Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADA, EEO, Title IX rules and applicable timelines.
• Experience advising supervisors and employees on accommodations and policy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for ADA accommodation inquiries and interactive process.
• Coordinate formal grievance processes and track timelines.
• Monitor regulatory updates and update practices accordingly.
• Prepare reports and metrics on accommodation and EEO/Title IX activities.
• Provide training and consultation on ADA processes to staff and supervisors.
