Salt Lake Community College is seeking a qualified ADA/EEO supervisor to advise and coordinate accommodations, investigations, and grievance processes within the People and Workplace Culture team. The role reports to the Director of Employee Relations and Title IX/EEO and works closely with employees and supervisors on ADA matters.

Responsibilities include managing accommodation requests, coordinating the grievance process for non-union staff, tracking metrics, and maintaining confidential files

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–5 years of full-time HR experience focused on Benefits and ADA/FML Leave.
• Experience in higher education is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Advises on ADA accommodations and the interactive process; determine eligibility and outcomes.
• Coordinate the formal grievance process for employees; schedule hearings and track timelines.
• Provide training and consultation to supervisors and staff on ADA, interactive process, and reporting channels.
• Maintain confidential case files and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare reports and metrics related to ADA, EEO/Title IX intake, and grievance activity.
