Job summary

Salt Lake Community College seeks an experienced ADA/Title IX case manager within the People and Workplace Culture team in Utah. You will work under minimal supervision guiding ADA accommodations, interacting with supervisors, and coordinating the grievance process while closely collaborating with legal counsel.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidential files, developing resources, and providing training on ADA, Title IX, and related compliance areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required or substituted with equivalent experience.
• Experience with ADA, FMLA, Title IX, and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to interpret policy and coordinate grievance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for ADA accommodation inquiries and interactive process.
• Coordinate formal grievance processes and scheduling of hearings.
• Advise supervisors and staff on ADA, Title IX, and EEO processes.
• Maintain confidential case files and prepare reports on activity.
• Provide training and consultation to staff on compliance topics.
