Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of ADA Title I, PWFA, and Title VII religious‑accommodation standards.
• Experience conducting interviews, assessments, or case management.
• Strong writing skills with ability to produce clear, defensible documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high‑volume, empathetic customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accommodation coordination from intake through resolution, including interactive process discussions and documentation review.
• Provide high‑quality customer service via calls and emails; guide employees through the accommodation process.
• Conduct individualized assessments and determine accommodations while maintaining confidentiality.
• Consult with supervisors on coverage needs, essential functions, and feasibility of accommodations.
• Maintain accurate, defensible case notes and communications in the case-management system.
• Draft letters and determinations aligned with ADA, PWFA, and Title VII requirements.
• Support job reassignment processes when appropriate and coordinate documentation.
• Deliver training on ADA Title I, PWFA, Title VII accommodations, and inclusive practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen consistency across cases.
