Responsibilities

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Manages the ADA interactive process from intake to resolution with timely dialogue.
• Evaluates requested accommodations against essential job functions and recommends reasonable accommodations.
• Maintains confidential case files and logs and monitors timelines for compliance.
• Supervises and evaluates staff supporting accommodation and employee support functions.
• Coordinates with Benefits, Leaves, Risk Management, and Legal Counsel on intersecting requests.
• Develops procedures for accommodation requests and reports compliance.
• Maintains liaison with medical providers and disability resources.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
