Job summary

MTM Transit in Orange, CA is seeking a Program Manager to lead the ADA Paratransit Eligibility Center operations, ensuring timely, compliant delivery of eligibility assessments for MTM and the Client, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will supervise the Assessment team, build strong client relationships, mentor staff, implement training, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to HIPAA and ADA regulations to help communities access mobility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in public transportation or similar,
• Knowledge of ADA and transport regulations
• Experience with assessments and documenting outcomes
• HIPAA/compliance experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of the Assessment team
• Establish client relationships and act as liaison to ensure expectations are met
• Interpret contracted program requirements and serve as SME
• Maintain knowledge of MTM/client software
• Educate client on MTM procedures for compliance
• Review service delivery and ensure accurate assessments
• Respond to ADA eligibility complaints with proper documentation
• Mentor new employees and develop team members
• Conduct staff training on processes and procedures
• Work with support staff to ensure program effectiveness
• Evaluate assessments and determinations for accuracy
• Determine functional assessments required for applicants
• Make final eligibility determinations
• Maintain knowledge of ADA regulations
• Build rapport with applicant’s family and support network
• Submit required reports in a timely manner
• Uphold HIPAA standards
• Possibly conduct in-person mobility interviews and assessments
• Have knowledge of cognitive/physical assessments and tests
