Job summary

MTM Transit seeks a Program Manager to lead the ADA Paratransit Eligibility Center, ensuring timely, compliant service delivery and acting as liaison between MTM and the client. You will oversee the assessment team, manage documentation, and drive improvements in eligibility determinations.

The role requires leadership in a paratransit environment, knowledge of ADA regulations, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in public transportation or related field.
• 5+ years of management and operations of an ADA paratransit eligibility program similar to OC Access.
• Must have completed Easterseals Project Action Determining ADA Complementary Paratransit Eligibility workshop and Transit and Paratransit Management Certificate Program.
• Certified Travel Training Instructor (CTTI) credential required.
• Familiarity with ADA regulations and sensitivity to people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of direct and non-direct reports including Assessment team and support staff.
• Act as liaison to ensure client expectations are met and information requests are handled promptly.
• Oversee contract compliance for the ADA Eligibility Program and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of MTM and client software and educate client on MTM procedures.
• Develop reports and documentation, and mentor new employees in processes and procedures.
