Qualifications

• 3 years of experience administering reasonable accommodations and ADA processes.
• Experience handling employee relations or leave management.
• Knowledge of FEHA or applicable state law preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for accommodation requests and manage interactive process.
• Review job descriptions, essential functions, and medical documentation.
• Coordinate with Leave of Absence and vendors for medical restrictions.
• Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance of records.
• Educate leaders on ADA obligations and accommodation options.
• Document decisions and support audits.
