Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC seeks an ADA Accessibility Compliance Specialist to ensure all digital and physical forms comply with ADA and WCAG standards. The role focuses on remediation of PDFs, Word docs, and HTML forms, with emphasis on screen reader compatibility and assistive technologies.

The candidate must be local to the Metro Atlanta area and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility improvements across platforms, including DOR and agency sites.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ADA, 508 Regulations, WCAG 2.1+.
• Experience remediating PDFs, Word documents, and web-based forms for accessibility.
• Proficiency with accessibility testing tools such as Acrobat Pro, WAVE, Axe, JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and ARIA for form accessibility improvements.
• Ability to provide accessibility training and support to teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, test, and remediate digital and physical forms for ADA, 508, and WCAG compliance.
• Convert forms into accessible formats (PDF, HTML, Word, etc.).
• Conduct accessibility audits using industry tools.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to embed accessibility in form design.
• Provide training on best practices for accessible forms.
• Stay updated on accessibility laws and standards across the project.
• Coordinate with DOR and agency web compliance teams to implement improvements.
• Document accessibility processes and compliance efforts.
