Job summary

STI in Atlanta, GA seeks an ADA Accessibility Compliance Specialist to ensure digital and physical forms meet ADA/WCAG standards. The role requires expertise in accessibility across PDFs, Word, HTML forms, and assistive technologies, with collaboration across designers, developers, and content teams.

The successful candidate will convert forms into accessible formats, conduct audits with industry tools, and provide ongoing training while staying current on laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADA, 508 Regulations, WCAG 2.1+.
• Experience remediating PDFs, Word, and web forms.
• Proficiency with accessibility testing tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, ARIA for forms.
• Ability to train and support teams on accessibility.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, test, and remediate forms to ADA/508/WCAG.
• Convert forms into accessible formats (PDF, HTML, Office).
• Audit accessibility using Acrobat Pro, WAVE, Axe, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators.
• Provide training on accessible form best practices.
• Stay updated on accessibility laws and standards.
• Coordinate with DOR and agency web compliance teams.
• Document accessibility processes and compliance efforts.
