Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising or technology.

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day – supporting a group of advertisers on a case-by-case basis through a ticketing system; role title: technical solutions consultant.
• Receive an ambiguous client request and leverage technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Technical support; manage a queue of requests.
• Work with high-value Meta ads requiring technical depth and diplomatic handling.
• Identify and resolve tracking pixel issues, API payloads, and authorization tokens.
