Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience with Connected TV advertising and its technical components, such as SSAI, digital video ad serving, or streaming environments.
• 3 years of customer-facing experience in product implementations, technical solutions consulting, or technical sales.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Help to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
• Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
• Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance.
• Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance.
• Help write solution code in collaboration with internal or external developers/users/partners/clients/stakeholders as needed.
