The role requires 2+ years in analytics, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with BI tools and CRM systems. Office-based position with required in-person days in New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in analytics, sales strategy, or revenue management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly advertising revenue forecast and bottoms-up projections.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports for Sales leadership.
• Analyze pipeline health, bookings, and forecast accuracy; identify risks and opportunities.
• Support sales compensation analytics and incentive planning.
