AMC Global Media is seeking an Ad Sales Assistant to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations team in Chicago, IL. This role supports deal management, client relationships, and order processing while contributing to revenue goals.

The position offers a base compensation of $47,500 with comprehensive benefits and a flexible work-from-home arrangement, one day per week, to support collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a sales environment or internship is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Managing booked business and key accounts.
• Developing strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers.
• Supporting Account Directors on all aspects of deal management.
• Preparing all order letters and entering deals into systems.
• Sending traffic instructions and tracking tapes.
• Maintaining outlists and cut-off times for Account Directors.
• Sending flowcharts and log times to agencies.
• Resolving discrepancies with agency assistants/buyers and negotiating makegoods.
• Entering sales plans into WideOrbit.
• Processing allocations, flighting and move requests.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing booked business and key accounts
• Developing strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

• Previous position in sales environment or internship experience a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc)
• Strong written, oral, and communication skills

The base compensation for this position is $47,500 commensurate with experience.
