• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
• Proven expertise in partner relationship and stakeholder management.
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
• Experience in program and project management.
• Ability to develop and mentor teams.
