Job summary

Infosys BPM Limited is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Ad Certification to oversee day-to-day ad review operations while remaining hands on in production. This role blends people leadership, quality ownership, and active content review to ensure policy enforcement and high operational standards across the platform.

You will coach teams through complex decisions, handle sensitive content, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience related to the job description.
• Experience in ad certification, ad review, or Trust & Safety content moderation is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on in production.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, and informal environment.
• Familiarity with pop culture, current events, slang, and controversial topics.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on ad and URL content review to maintain policy expertise and support production needs.
• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and consistent content review aligned with SLAs and quality benchmarks.
• Handle complex, sensitive, or high-risk escalations with sound judgment.
• Identify trends, policy gaps, and systemic risks; report insights to management.
• Support peak volumes and coverage gaps as required.
• Act as the first line of support for the Ad Certification team.
• Provide real-time guidance and coaching on policy interpretation and edge cases.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and calibrations to drive improvement.
• Support onboarding and ongoing skill development for team members.
• Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and psychological safety.
