Job summary

Solventum seeks an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to advise clinicians, drive adoption, and grow therapy utilization in the St. Louis and Southern Illinois region.

You will educate, consult, and collaborate with hospital staff to deliver patient-focused solutions, leveraging clinical evidence and a strong sales mindset. Remote-based role with travel expectations and field-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• High School Diploma with 4 years of sales/clinical experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Routinely consulting with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attending hospital procedures and placements in the hospital care setting.
• Delivering sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management.
• Educating clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicing.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
