Job summary

AltaPointe Health in Mobile is hosting a nursing event this week with roles at all levels. No experience required as multiple positions are available from entry to experienced RN. The event runs Tuesday, November 3, from 10 am – 2 pm at 3030 Knollwood Drive.

Nurses will provide admission assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support adults and children in psychiatric care.

Qualifications

• RN license in Good Standing
• BLS certification preferred
• Experience with psychiatric or acute care is a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete admission process and nursing assessments.
• Supervise unit staff and assign tasks to RNs/LPNs/CNAs.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation across shifts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans.
• Perform venipuncture and obtain lab samples.
• Provide emergency care (CPR) as needed.
