Responsabilités

• Administers medications and observes the Seven Rights of medication administration.
• Monitors for potential side effects and reports to the physician.
• Provides medication education for the consumer and family.
• Reviews MARs daily and coordinates refills with medical staff.
• Identifies psychiatric and medical needs and communicates with physicians.
• Maintains documentation and participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Ensures TB tests and MAS requirements are up to date.
