Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete admission process for consumers entering the facility.
• Administer medications as needed per policy (Six Rights of medication administration).
• Observe and document consumer behavior; report to Treatment Team and physician.
• Supervise nursing care and routine task assignments of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Behavioral Staff.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in consumer records; protect privacy and confidentiality.
