Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado (required).
• BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages, establishing and implementing a plan of care.
• Produces quality documentation in a timely manner to support provision of care.
• Collects and analyzes data from outcome measures to monitor progress and interventions.
• Communicates with physicians, staff, and hospital leadership.
• Participates in ongoing professional development to maintain best practice standards.
