• Applies therapeutic principles based on evidence, clinical judgment and patient preference.
• Produces quality documentation to support care per standards and guidelines.
• Understands treatment costs and participates in budgeting, staffing, and planning.
• Submits accurate billing and coding information for services rendered.
• Educates patients, caregivers, and staff using effective teaching methods.
