Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required).
• Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado (required).
• BLS Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs patient care services to patients of all ages to ensure that patient needs are met.
• Demonstrates the ability to apply therapeutic principles based on current evidence and clinical judgment.
• Produces quality documentation in a timely manner to support provision of care.
• Collects and analyzes data from selected outcome measures to monitor patient progress.
• Understands treatment costs and financial aspects related to quality and efficiency.
