Job summary

Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse on the 8 Med/Surg floor of St. Mary's Regional Hospital.

The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care using the nursing process and collaboration with health team. Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, CO RN licensure, BSN willingness within four years, and BLS-HCP certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• BSN degree must be obtained within four years unless 15 years of RN experience in acute care.
• Certain centers have exemptions from the BSN requirement for legacy hires.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
