Job summary

Intermountain Health's St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on the 8 Med/Surg unit.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care, coordinate with LPNs and CNAs, and support improvement initiatives. The role requires BSN within four years if needed, current RN license, BLS-HCP on hire, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN with ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice; BLS-HCP on hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using nursing process.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with health team.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical conferences.
• Follow evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.

Education

Registered Nursing degree (ASN/ADN) with BSN requirement within 4 years

Tools

BLS-HCP certification

ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate
