Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. The RN will coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes and supervise LPNs/CNAs on the unit.

The role requires a licensed RN in the state, with ASN/ADN eligible for BSN within four years unless exempt by experience; BLS-HCP certification is required at hire or within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN holders must obtain a BSN within four years of hire unless they have 15+ years of RN experience in acute care.
• Current RN license in the state of practice and BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with health care team to ensure quality patient care.
• Supervise care delivered by LPNs and CNAs and participate in clinical conferences.
• Comply with documentation guidelines and hospital policies.
• Provide compassionate communication with patients and families.
