Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practice. The RN will coordinate with the care team and oversee LPNs/CNAs on a Med/Surg unit, ensuring quality care and accurate documentation.

The role requires an RN license, ASN/ADN with BSN within four years, and BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days. A supportive team environment and ongoing learning are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care.
• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS-HCP on hire or within 60 days.

Responsabilités
