Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on the 8 Med/Surg unit. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and may supervise LPNs and CNAs while contributing to clinical conferences.

The unit emphasizes learning, growth, and a balance between patient care and professional development, with opportunities for charge nurse roles and leadership involvement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN with BSN in 4 years from hire unless 15+ years RN experience in acute care is exempted.
• Current RN license in state of practice is required.
• BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days of hire; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with health team members.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in clinical conferences.
