Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the 8 Med/Surg unit at St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practice.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, supervise LPNs/CNAs, maintain documentation, and meet BSN/licensure requirements with potential relocation bonus and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN with ASN/ADN must complete BSN within four years from hire unless exempted.
• Current RN license in state of practice and BLS-HCP required; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care following the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with health team and monitor patients’ progress.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; participate in clinical conferences.
• Follow hospital policies, guidelines, and documentation standards.
