Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 8 Med/Surg unit in Grand Junction, CO. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process and coordinate with healthcare team members.

The role includes supervising LPNs/CNAs, following policies, and contributing to quality patient outcomes. BSN within four years? unless RN with 15+ years acute care experience. Relocation bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN with ASN/ADN must complete BSN within four years from hire unless 15 years RN experience in acute care. Extension possible with protected leave.
• Current RN license in state of practice is required.
• Current BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using nursing process.
• Coordinate care with health team members and supervise LPNs/CNAs.
