Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient care on the 8 Med/Surg unit, assess and plan care, and coordinate with the health team using evidence-based practice.

The role requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; ASN/ADN acceptable if BSN is obtained within four years (or after 15+ years of RN experience). Current RN license and BLS-HCP certification required; relocation bonus may apply.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN degree must complete a BSN degree within four (4) years from the RN’s date of hire unless the RN has a minimum of fifteen (15) years of proven continuous RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Other RNs may be exempt from BSN requirement depending on past affiliations as of specified dates.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; participate in clinical team conferences.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with the health team.
• Follow evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
