Job summary

Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO is seeking an RN to provide professional nursing care on the 8 Med/Surg unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the care team and utilizing evidence-based practices.

The role requires an RN with ASN/ADN and a BSN within four years of hire unless you have 15+ years of acute care RN experience. Relocation bonus may apply; shift differentials available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ASN/ADN must obtain BSN within four years of hire unless 15+ years RN experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with health team to ensure quality care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs/CNAs and participate in team conferences.
• Follow hospital policies and evidence-based guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families.
