Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Grand Junction, CO to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on the 8 Med/Surg unit. You will use the nursing process, coordinate with the health team and ensure evidence-based practice across shifts.

The role requires BSN within four years if starting with ASN/ADN, current RN license, and BLS-HCP certification. Relocation bonus may be offered where applicable.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Registered Nurse with an ASN/ADN must complete a BSN within four years from hire unless exempt.
• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as unit requires.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, recognize, and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with the healthcare team.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs; participate in clinical conferences.
• Follow hospital guidelines, policies, and documentation requirements.
