Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for Inpatient Services under the CAP program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients across dialysis facilities, with mentorship from supervisors and educators.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing and modifying care plans, education for patients and families, and collaboration with the care team to ensure continuity of care across facilities in Ohio.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• CPR BLS certification required.
• 9 months RN experience; 12 months preferred.
• Dialysis/Nephrology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for assigned patients.
• Document data, adjust treatment plans, and notify care team as needed.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care and treatment.
• Coordinate communication with supervisors, physicians and dialysis providers.
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care across modality procedures.
