Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months experience as an RN.
• 6 months acute dialysis experience (preferred).
• 12 months (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs essential nursing duties under supervision and with guidance from the Educator or Preceptor.
• Collects and analyzes patient data pre-, during-, and post-treatment and documents in the medical record.
• Provides patient/family education and documents learning needs.
• Directs and coordinates care with health team members to ensure continuity of care.
