Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center is seeking a dedicated hospital inpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and administer therapy for adolescent to geriatric patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to education and program development.

The role requires current state PT licensure, 3+ years of experience, and BLS certification. You will help improve outcomes and patient satisfaction while working in a high-functioning team.

Qualifications

• Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans and goals; monitors progress and adjusts plans as needed.
• Documents progress and discharges reports; participates in care conferences and rounds.
• Maintains complete documentation for communication with physicians and payers.
