You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized therapy plans, and participate in interdisciplinary care within the hospital system. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, CA/NV licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree of Physical Therapy and licensure to practice in CA/NV.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Licensure in CA or NV required; eligible to work under supervision per state boards.

• Organizes and conducts medically prescribed Physical Therapy programs.
• Plans and performs individualized therapy programs including modalities, manual techniques, and home programs.
• Collaborates with hospital teams to ensure service continuity and quality of care.
• Evaluates progress, documents, and reports patient status for review.
• Complies with policies, procedures, and QA processes.
