Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat adolescent to geriatric patients, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and contributes to education and program development at the Sparks, Nevada campus.

The role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to provide high-quality rehab services within a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current State Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy, preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans and goals, monitors progress, and adjusts plans as needed.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge summaries with measurable objectives.
• Maintains documentation to communicate with physicians and third-party payers.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team and community resources to support patient care and program development.
• Participates in staff education and supports orientation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
