Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an RN CAP 2 to provide and coordinate clinically competent inpatient care for an assigned group of patients. You will participate in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation and may coordinate tasks with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.

In this role, you will participate in education, leadership activities, quality improvement, and collaboration with hospital staff.

Qualifications

• RN with nephrology experience and strong assessment skills.
• Dialysis care delivery, patient monitoring and documentation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of patient care plans and clinical workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned patient group.
• Document patient data and treatment responses; adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and care options.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality care.
